The aluminium-hulled Yamarin Cross line launched in the autumn of 2010 will expand by two new models for the 2012 season, the 53 Bow Rider and the 53 Center Console. The new models handle well and consistently, and come with ample storage and load-bearing capacity.
The Yamarin Cross 53 Bow Rider is a new model for versatile boating, serving equally well for transport as for day trips. This new model has the most space for six passengers in its class: the boat has an good-sized open cockpit area with folding seats and a large open space in the bow. The protective windshield, free of optic distortion, and solid door provide shelter for the aft passenger space. Sturdy consoles, railings and windshields make for safe boating. Getting on board from bow, stern or sides is easy thanks to the practical stepping platforms.
There is generous, continuous storage space under the aft bench, and a sizeable watertight storage space under the floor. The expansive floor area enables a large quantity of goods to be carried.
The Yamarin Cross 53 Center Console is a functional model for fishing and transport. The space surrounding the centre console allows easy access around the boat, which has the best space in its class for e.g. spinning. There is an 80 cm wide, folding stand-up seat behind the centre console. An electric auxiliary engine can be installed in the bow.
Both new models come with a capacious 280-litre watertight storage space under the floor, and separate anchor boxes equipped with rope grooves at both bow and stern. Both boats come with a canopy compartment as standard. These new models have good, consistent handling characteristics and a robust load-bearing capacity.
The aluminium-hulled Yamarin Cross line was launched for the 2011 season in the autumn of 2010. Ähtäri-based Campnou Oy manufactures the hulls, while Fenix Marin Oy in Valkeakoski is responsible for deck manufacture and assembly. Yamarin Cross is a trademark of Konekesko Oy.

YAMARIN 63 DAY CRUISER
The Yamarin 63 Day Cruiser is the new model for the 2012 season, adding to the popular Day Cruiser line by Yamarin. The new model has a large open cockpit area and ample storage, and comes with a generous amount of standard equipment. Special attention has been paid to the design of the driver's seat, with particular regard to driving safety.
Yamarin has a long tradition of manufacturing Day Cruiser boats, with Yamarin boats achieving top placements in tests and sales statistics for some years now. For the 2012 season the popular line will be complemented with the Yamarin 63 Day Cruiser.
The Yamarin 63 Day Cruiser is especially suited to couples and small families looking for a smaller boat package that still offers a generous amount of space. The Yamarin 63 Day Cruiser performs superbly even with the 115 horsepower engine.
The Yamarin 63 Day Cruiser shares the hull of the 63 Bow Rider presented in 2010. The stern also follows 63 Bow Rider practice, featuring an aft bench and swimming platform.
The Yamarin 63 Day Cruiser has a large open cockpit area, which can be converted into a surprisingly roomy sunbathing platform by means of an optional table and cushions. With the canopy installed this will create additional sleeping space for two persons. The boat has ample storage space: under the large L-shaped aft bench there is a place for a cold box, complete with power socket. The hatches are equipped with gas struts for ease of opening with or without cushions, while handy stepping platforms maintain clear access around the boat even with cushions in place.
The driver's seat is designed to keep the controls and chartplotter within easy reach. The 8'' space reserved for the chartplotter can be found in the orthodox position on the console, close to the driver. The boat is equipped with a sturdy offshore bench for the driver. The side design of the quality windshield affords excellent protection for passengers. Distinct and safe broad steps lead from the cockpit area to the fore deck.
The Yamarin 63 Day Cruiser is fitted with a generous amount of standard equipment: incl. a canopy and hydraulic steering, while the fore deck and steps come in teak as standard.
An elegant glass door allows access to the cabin, which has ample space for two adults. There is also generous storage under the bow mattress for luggage and e.g. bed linen.
